In the beggining I had written that I would use this blog to not only update things about mysigs, but to post about what we have in mind for it, and a little of my personal stuff as well. Though I haven't posted about personal things yet, gonna write a little bit about promotion for MySigs.

 

Basically at the current stage, we have emailed about 45% of all CT members to let them know of MySigs. Currently there's a single banner on SOTW and threads on CT and SOTW about it. Part of the reason for stopping midway in the promotion for MySigs is that we wanted to see if the system could handle a splurge of registrations. So thats done. Another reason was that there were errors in thumbnail generation, which are now resolved. The last reason was more because I went home to my parents this weekend for thanksgiving and all we have is a laptop here.

 

So hoping to get things started tomorrow by announcing to the remaining 55% of CT members, putting up a header splash on CT site wide, a banner on the homepage and setting up next week's contest on SOTW to have the prize of a premium account on MySigs. So look out for that.
